Candelisa are offering key workers a 7.5 per cent discount off the purchase price of the remaining apartments at its Horace Mills scheme in Cononley.
The company said the discount is a fitting way to acknowledge NHS staff and other key groups for their incredible, selfless efforts during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Sarah Cawley, Sales Manager of Candelisa explained; “This is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to those people in the care sector and other essential groups who have put themselves in danger in order to keep the rest of us safe. We will be forever in their debt.”
The elegant apartments at Horace Mills are ready for immediate occupation and provide one, two and three bedroom accommodation with old, historic character or contemporary style to cater for different tastes.
They come complete with floor coverings throughout, including oak in the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Meanwhile, the kitchen enjoys a range of integrated appliances as part of an impressive overall specification.
The scheme is located in a prime rural location with long stretching views and yet provides easy access to the road network and Airedale Hospital. The local train station is also just a stone’s throw away, with direct services to Leeds, Bradford and Skipton.
Sales have remained buoyant during the pandemic with over 80 per cent of the apartments now sold. Prices for the remaining units start from £175,000.
The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is also available which means a deposit of just 5 per cent is required, subject to status.
Candelisa has also begun work on a conversion scheme in Skipton town centre and a new development in Embsay is scheduled to commence later this year.
“We are actively working to bring much needed housing stock to the area which will help boost the local economy and provide jobs for local people,” commented Sarah.
