Industry Accolade

The Motor Works at Cononley was highly commended for a National award at a ceremony in London for the ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’ which is for schemes of 100 residential units and above. The multi award-winning scheme previously won the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Yorkshire Regional award.

The awards reflect LABC’s new focus on skills, quality and competency and emphasise the best in construction from a technical perspective.
