Property developer Candelisa has announced that after an exclusive initial
mailing list release, its new residential scheme in the heart of Skipton is now on general sale.

The company reports strong off-market interest with almost 50 per cent of the 26 units already reserved.

Cavendish House on Newmarket Street, adjacent to the bowling-green, was previously home to the Job Centre and tax office and is currently being
converted into 26, innovatively designed one and two bedroom apartments.

Sarah Cawley, Sales and Marketing Manager at Candelisa, said: “Sales of the
Cavendish House apartments have been exceptional from the word go. We
have an extensive mailing list of people who had previously registered their interest and they were quick off the mark to purchase once full details were released exclusively to them.

“The market generally is extremely buoyant due to a combination of pent up demand created during the first lockdown and the stamp duty holiday. “This is likely to continue as we come out of the second lockdown and into the festive season which once again puts existing living arrangements in the spot light. With this in mind I don’t expect the remaining apartments at Cavendish House to be available for long.”

The stunning apartments enjoy a superb overall specification and a range of features including floor to ceiling windows, a passenger lift to all floors,
external balconies and dedicated resident parking. Prices start from £95,000.

Candelisa has also announced that only four apartments remain of its 104 unit Horace Mills scheme in Cononley. The remaining apartments within the former textile mill provide one and two bedroom accommodation with prices from £159,000. The Government backed Help to Buy scheme is also available.
