We are keen to acquire new development sites for immediate or strategic purposes. As a private company we have the flexibility to purchase unconditionally, conditionally or in a joint venture, and we can act very quickly if required.

Whether you have a site for bespoke new build, a part finished development, a conversion opportunity or a mix of all three, we have an immediate requirement for new sites. Well known for purchasing and redeveloping period and listed buildings, many people forget that our new build portfolio is equally as diverse and impressive.

Perhaps you have a stalled development site that requires a respected and established developer to deliver the final properties? Our strength is residential development, although a number of our projects contain mixed uses such as food retail, offices and commercial space. We have a proven track record in identifying the most appropriate use for a site, designing each scheme from scratch with no standard house types or solutions. Our aim is to create sustainable developments in which people want to live, and we work with owners, local authorities and communities to secure planning for new uses.
